The Buffalo Intellectual Property Law Journal would like to thank everyone who came to the Journal’s first Lunch and Learn with Mr. Tom Irving of Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner on Patent Challenges before the PTO: Lessons Learned Since Inception Under AIA. BIPLJ Lunch-n-Learn Monday, March 23rd


The Buffalo Intellectual Property Law Journal would again like to thank you for your interest and RSVP to our lunch and learn event with Tom Irving. Unfortunately, Tom has been forced to postpone. Therefore we WILL NOT be holding the event on March 10th as anticipated. The event will now be held on March 23, 2015. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

Therefore, you are again cordially invited to the Buffalo Intellectual Property Law Journal’s Lunch and Learn event on March 23, 2015 from 12 p.m. until 1:30 p.m in the Cellino and Barnes Conference Center on the Fifth Floor of John Lord O’Brian Hall. The speaker will present on Patent Challenges Before the USPTO: Lessons Learned Since Their Inception. The presentation will qualify for 1.0 CLE Credit for professional practice through SUNY Buffalo Law School.
